We traveled over 12 hours and was able to get a room last minute at 9pm. The hotel was next to i95, outlet stores and restaurants. The 3rd floor room showed signs of missing molding in the bathroom and closet. Otherwise the room was fine. Until we noticed days afterward $250 additional charges. When I called the phone number on credit card it belonged to someone' cell phone. When I called the hotel directly I was informed the surcharge was for smoking in the room. We are nonsmokers. When we rebut the matter with a manager, we were told other guest on the 3rd floor complaint. The manager stated she and housekeeping inspected the room after our departure and photographed ashes around the beds. It appears the staff was collaborating untrue tales to collect fraudulent surcharges. Do not chance this injustice.

The previous owners, management, and staff were just absolutely great! The new management, most of the staff, and owners are unpleasant, rude, some disreputable. There are only 3 good decent employees here. That's the one young lady who is one of the General managers, and she was here with the previous owners had the hotel, the new front desk manager, who was also here when the previous owners had the hotel, and the young man who works maintenance. Young black maintenance guy. Who also had been here while the previous owners were here. Their free breakfast isn't the worst, but not the greatest either. They seem to have a hard time with ordering accordingly, because they always seem to always be out of items. One of them is the granola cereal, milk, and yogurt. The food dont taste bad at all, but it's always the same items on the same day(s) of the week, every week. They never put put anything g new and different

This hotel worked great to Park n Fly before a flight. I do however want them to know that the room, tho clean, had a musty odor! I wish also I'd known the lot and building were going thru construction. Left my car with a thick coat of dust/dirt. The service at check-in/out was awesome! And shuttle bus clean and driven by courteous help

Unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the woman working that shift (Sunday night 10/22) to give credit where due bc she was super sweet. But my family decided shortly after midnight that we were going to stop and sleep for the night before continuing on our drive. I made a reservation with a 3rd-party app and by MY OWN fault, screwed up the dates. Due to it being past 12am, was unable to choose the “previous” day through the “current “day. Upon arrival realized the reservation was for the current day through the next day, and check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, and, of course, no changes or refunds. The young woman at the desk was so helpful and friendly, and instead of just telling me that I was out of luck and would have to pay twice for a room due to the no refund policy (3rd party, not hotel chain) she explained how the system works for reservations after midnight, and patiently waited while I call the 3rd-party and explained the situation. The 3rd-party was also very understanding, contacted the hotel for a refund approval, and then I was able to book a room directly through the desk attendant. Only downfall, wasn’t able to get the discounted 3rd-party price, but small price to pay instead of no refund, plus a second full room fee for my own mistake. only complaint about the room is that the carpet did not look like it had been vacuumed, but everything else, bathroom/shower, etc. was clean. Bedside were comfy, and the included hot breakfast was good with plenty of options.
